Goals: 1. 180/185 pounds or size 12/14 (whichever comes first) 2. Tone and shape my legs, thighs and arms
Personal Motivators: • I will be able to wear my size 12 dresses for the Black & White Affair Dec 06 and on the cruise in 2007. • I will have maintained control in what I eat and my exercise. • I will reach my size 12/14 with all my 16's too big. • I will continue to shop at any store. • I will be able to wear my swimsuit with no skirt no wrap.
• My thunder thighs will be gone. • Self sabotage will be a thing of the past.

I missed last week posting due to a work related trip. I have not been 100% and it shows on the scale. My weekend was busy and tiring. I'm not doing very well with the challenge this month. I have 286 minutes and today is the 19th more than the 1/2 way mark. I did better the previous week. I have been pretty busy at work and home. Saturday morning I got in 30 minutes of exercise. Bookclub on Saturday and Saturday night I waited over 3 hours for my children in the church parking lot. The estimated pick up time was 8 and they got back at 11. I read a book during that time, but I didn't do any exercise. I was too tired when I got home. Sunday I had girl's time with my bestfriend and didn't exercise that night either. My eating wasn't the best. I had taco salad with the chips at my bookclub meeting and a strawberry frappacino (sp) at Starbucks Sunday. It was either that or the chocolate chip. He said the strawberry was made with fresh strawberries, but I'm sure it had other sugars in it.
I am doing better with my vitamins. I still haven't started with my iron. I really hate what taking straight iron does to my system. I may have to take them until I feel 100%. I was complaining for some time that I was feeling more tired than usual and now I know why.
Well I don't have much time, but I wanted to make sure I got this post on today. Not really feeling bad about my progress or lack thereof. Looking over my new slideshow (pretty cool isn't it?
) I can certainly appreciate how far I have come. Thank God! I feel great and look wonderful
(Can I say that about myself?
). I am comfortably in my goal jeans (maybe I need another pair?
). I do want to be at least out of the 180's before I call goal. So I must get back to 100% and see what I can get the scale to do.
